Butterfly Nature Conservatory
Niagara Falls - July 2005

I had some time off with nothing to do, so I wandered off to Niagara Falls in search of butterflies. The conservatory was awsome. Aside from the occasional screaming kid, I had a great time. As you can see by the photos here, the bugs were really accessible. All photos (except the first one) were taken with my Sigma macro 105mm f2.8 lens. The first photo was taken with my 18-70 mm kit lens. Depth of field is always a struggle when shooting in macro so I decided that getting the eyes in focus would be the priority.
